Housing for the people you bring to Copenhagen

We find the home, prepare the lease and have everything ready for the arrival date. Finding the home costs you nothing.

Housing is usually the part of a relocation that goes wrong.

It is also the part furthest from what an HR team is set up to handle. We take it on entirely and report back when it is done.

What we handle

The housing side, start to finish

Finding the home

Furnished homes matched to what the employee needs, checked as available before you see them.

The lease

Prepared on the official Typeformular A10 with the right clauses for a fixed-term, furnished tenancy.

Ready for arrival

Keys, access and house information in place before the employee lands.

Move-in inspection

Condition and meter readings documented, so there is no argument about the deposit later.

One point of contact

One person for your HR team, and one person the employee can reach while they are here.

One invoice

Settlement work invoiced to the company on agreed terms. Nothing for the employee to expense.

Settlement packages

Priced per employee

Finding the home and preparing the lease carry no charge to you. These packages cover the practical setup around it, and they are optional.

  • Written orientation to the neighbourhood
Full Settlement

  • Linen and kitchen pack in place before arrival
  • Rejsekort, doctor and local practicalities
  • A named contact for the first three months

Questions

Frequently asked

The settlement packages only. Finding the home and preparing the lease carry no charge to you or to your employee, whoever signs the contract.
Six to eight weeks before the arrival date gives the best result. Shorter timelines work, but there is less to choose from.
Either. Some companies hold the lease themselves, others have the employee sign. It makes no difference to what you pay us.
Yes. Distance to international schools, transport and green space is part of the search from the start.
If it is cancelled before a lease is signed, there is nothing to pay. The terms are agreed in writing before we start.
