Hafnia is the old Latin name for Copenhagen.
We work in one city and with one type of client. That is a deliberate choice. It means we know which buildings allow you to register an address, which leases hold up, and what an apartment on a given street is actually worth.
Built on experience in the Copenhagen rental market
Hafnia Homes came out of several years of hands-on work with rental housing in Copenhagen. That work made one thing clear. The difficult part of moving here is rarely the job or the visa. It is the apartment, and the gap between what is advertised and what is actually usable to someone arriving from another country.
So that is what the company does, and nothing else.

Danish tenancy law followed properly. Shortcuts in a lease only ever surface later, and always badly.
